She's been so busy picking out a multitude of risque Halloween costumes that she hasn't been able to follow through on her much-publicized promise to Larry King to use her celebrity for good work.

In the past week, Hilton has been photographed in no fewer than four different costumes: a naughty sailor and Alice in Wonderland on Saturday and a soldier girl (to 'support the troops,' she insisted) and -- OK, I admit this is funny -- jail bait on Halloween night.

First sign you don't have enough to do: the biggest challenge of your day is to narrow down 14 short-skirted Halloween costumes to two, as one gossip Web site reported Paris had done.
